About the Epson Tour:The Epson Tour is the Official Qualifying Tour of the LPGA and enters its 46th competitive season in 2026. With the support of entitlement partner Seiko Epson Corporation, the Tour’s mission is to prepare the world’s best female professional golfers for a successful career on the LPGA Tour. In the last decade, the Epson Tour has grown from 15 tournaments and $1.6 million in prize money to $5 million awarded across 20 events in 2025. What is the format of the event? This tournament will be a three day, 54-hole stroke play event. There will be a cut after Saturday's second round and the field will feature 144 players, including defending champion and Ohio native, Mia Hammond.
Is there a charitable component to the Tournament? Yes! 100% of net proceeds raised from the tournament and surrounding events will be donated to Toledo-area children’s charities. Visit the charity tab on our website to learn about our beneficiaries.
Do you need volunteers? Yes! The tournament relies on the help of hundreds of volunteers to pull off a successful event. To register, visit the volunteer tab on our website.
Why does it cost money to volunteer? Your fee to volunteer covers the costs of the apparel and other items included in your volunteer package. As a 501(c)3, 100% of net proceeds from the tournament are donated to local children's charities. By covering our costs on volunteers we are able to donate more money to charity!
Who organizes the Tournament? Toledo Classic, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation whose mission is to put on a world class professional golf tournament for the benefit of northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan children’s charities. Since its inception in 1984, Toledo Classic has raised $14.6 million for more than 200 children’s charities. With the help of hundreds of volunteers, the Toledo Classic Staff annually organizes the tournament and surrounding events.
